06 / FIND YOUR PURPOSE · PURPOSE & COACHING

YOUR GIFTS.
YOUR CALLING.
LET’S FIND
YOUR NEXT STEP.

Maybe an idea keeps coming back. Maybe you sense you have something to contribute, but haven’t found its shape yet. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Find your starting point ↓

YOU DO NOT NEED THE WHOLE MAP TO TAKE A STEP.

START WHERE YOU ARE.

You don’t need
a finished plan.

A business. A ministry. A project that would help your community. Sometimes the next chapter starts with an honest conversation and someone who takes your idea seriously.

Let’s explore who it could serve, what you already have, and one small thing you could make or test. You don’t have to build the whole dream at once.

THREE WAYS TO BEGIN.

What would help
you move forward?

01

Discover your direction

Explore your strengths, interests and sense of calling. Look for the meeting point between what you can bring and a real need you care about.

A POSSIBLE START

Talk through the things you keep returning to, the abilities others see in you, and where those might serve someone.

Explore the possibilities +
  • Discover your strengths — Identify gifts, interests and the things you can contribute.
  • Explore your calling — Consider where your abilities meet a real need.
02

Give your idea shape

Give an aspiration enough shape to act on. Who is it for? What does it help them do? What could you try before investing heavily in the idea?

A POSSIBLE START

Turn “I want to help families” into a small, specific project you can discuss with the people it would serve.

Explore the possibilities +
  • Shape an idea — Develop the beginnings of a business, ministry or community project.
  • Choose a first experiment — Turn a big aspiration into a manageable thing to try.
03

Move forward with support

Affordable purpose coaching, practical encouragement and connections to people, learning and tools. Find support for the next step and help staying focused on it.

A POSSIBLE START

Leave a conversation with one manageable action, what you need to learn, and a clear way to follow up.

Explore the possibilities +
  • Find people and resources — Connect with a collaborator, skill, tool or learning opportunity.
  • Affordable purpose coaching — Practical encouragement and help staying focused on the next step.

A LITTLE HELP CAN OPEN A DOOR.

Coaching, with
somewhere to go.

A conversation can uncover the next step. Tink Town can also connect that step to practical learning, design, making and people who want to see you grow.

We are developing affordable coaching with the format and cost agreed together. The aim is a useful step forward that fits your circumstances.

Find your people, too ↗

BEFORE WE BEGIN.

ROOM TO
BEGIN.

Do I need a business idea?+

No. You might bring a ministry idea, a community need, a creative project or a question about how to use your gifts.

Can Christian faith be part of the conversation?+

Yes. Faith is part of our foundation, and we welcome conversations about calling, stewardship and serving others. You are also welcome to bring a practical idea without having all the spiritual language figured out.

What would a first conversation cover?+

Where you are now, what matters to you, and what a useful next step might be. The coaching format, price and follow-up are agreed before beginning.
